FAQ - Shipping, Packaging & Order Status
What method of shipping do you use?

We use a shipping company that will allow us (and you) to check your shipment status after it is sent.
Will I be charged import duty and tax?

If you live in Indonesia or Bali, you do not pay any import duty.
If you live in another country, you may be required by customs in your country to pay import duties and taxes. These are calculated by the customs department in your country at the time your order arrives. Tax and duties are normally calculated based on total invoice value which includes shipping (and insurance if you request for it). We are unable to control the value of duties and taxes and do not know how much you will be charged if at all. We are also unable to provide refunds or credits for goods or shipping if your item is seized by customs in your country or stolen.
How will my order be packed?

You order will be packed in plain un-marked padded envelopes or packing envelopes/boxes provided by our shipping company or any kind of cardboard box which has no indication of what the item inside is.
There will be no detailed description of the contents of the package except for a short description on the shipping document as required by customs. We normally enter this as Plastic toy or Body Massager.
When will I receive my order?

In 2-5 working days after we receive your payment, the 1st working day being the day after we receive your payment. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not included. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hrs.
How will I know my order is shipped?
- We will send you an email to update you on your order, provided you have given us a valid email address.
Note: You may also check your order status through your account if you registered on our website.
1) Log into your Account by clicking on Log In or My Account and enter your email & password.

In My Account Information, under My Orders, click on View the orders I have made.

3) In My Order History page, click on View to see the details of your orders.

4) In the Order Information page, look under Order History for your order status.

What is your Returns Policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any exchanges or refunds with the exception of a 3 day exchange policy if the product you purchase is not what you wanted. The product must be returned in original packaging unopened. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges once the product packaging is opened and the product has been handled.
